The successful candidate will work with individuals and groups of pupils in every part of the school in accordance with the requirements of the Additional Learning Needs department

The main responsibilities of the position are to provide education for pupil/s with intensive learning needs according to the resources provided by the Education Authority and the requirements of the individual pupil/s statement. These requirements change from time to time.

A salary is paid on the salary scale of Level 2 Teaching Care and Support Assistants (pro-rata) during the school term.

The Learning Support Support assistant Level 2 will be working as a member of the Additional Learning Needs team under the direction of the department's co-ordinator.
