WE ARE THE FURTHER EDUCATION WORKFORCE

We are enthusiastic, motivated and highly committed to helping learners build confidence, break boundaries and believe in themselves, so they can achieve their full potential. We work with a diverse group of learners, from school leavers to employees and adult learners, in a variety of inclusive settings including  colleges, community centres and employer organisations. Our goal is to help learners achieve the qualifications and skills they need to fulfil their dreams, whether that's accessing higher education or entering their chosen career.

Sometimes, we specialise in a specific subject area and share our passion and enthusiasm with learners to help them succeed and to be the very best they can be.

But more often than not, we teach a range of subjects through lectures and practical hands-on demonstrations. We provide guidance and support to learners throughout their learning journey, from entry level, GCSE, A Levels, vocational qualifications, apprenticeships and higher education. We inspire them, and help them make the right decisions for them based on their future ambitions.

"The fact I know that at some point in the day I’ll laugh. Every day there’s a laugh, every day there’s frustration, every day something happens whether it’s a student saying thank you or experiencing something for the first time, like kayaking. As it’s such an interactive job, I don’t know what’s going to happen when I wake up in the morning – and I love that."
