The governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and creative teacher of English.

We are seeking an outstanding classroom practitioner who is eager to develop excellent teaching and learning. The successful candidate will demonstrate the skills, vision and enthusiasm to inspire pupils to achieve their very best. They will also build upon established good practice and help take the faculty into the next stage of the school's exciting development. Applications are welcome from teachers seeking their first post, as well as from more experienced colleagues.

Ysgol y Grango is a thriving and popular school serving the villages of Rhosllanerchruchog, Ponciau, Johnstown and Penycae. Standards of behaviour are high, the staff are superb and parents are actively involved and highly supportive. We are looking for a dynamic teacher who is ready to join our thriving English faculty. We require someone who can teach English across KS3 and KS4, up to GCSE level in English Language and English Literature.

Mae'r ysgol, sy'n dyddio o 1906 ac wedi'i hailadeiladu ym 1985, yn gwasanaethu ei chymuned leol gref a phentrefi cyfagos eraill, llai na phum milltir o ganol dinas Wrecsam.

We are a mixed secondary school for students between 11 and 16 years of age, situated in the rural village of Rhosllannerchrugog, with approximately 549 students on roll.

The school, dating from 1906 and rebuilt in 1985, serves its strong knit local community and other nearby villages, less than five miles from Wrexham city centre.

At Ysgol y Grango, we are a family and advocate the importance of belonging - cynefin. We aim to promote a love of learning within a safe, nurturing and ambitious learning environment, where individuals matter, and their happiness and wellbeing are of paramount importance.
